Hi there! Thank you for visiting my page! Let me tell you a bit about myself and why I am so passionate about being your mentor throughout this amazing gut health program. 

My role is to hold your hand over the next 30-40 days while you achieve your health goals! I am fully trained in the program, have participated in it myself and know all the tips and tricks to keep you accountable and make sure you are successful. 

Gut health is the crux to overall well-being and you will be amazed — as I constantly am — at just how much it will transform your life. 

When you start your journey with me I will give you the meal plan, approved foods list, an awesome tips file, recipes and even a shopping list! I will also add you to our exclusive online community where you can watch or share your experience with other like minded people who have chosen to improve their gut health and well-being.

Many of our mentees sign up to the program to “lose weight” and by the end of Step 2 they have so much more energy, mental clarity, positivity and confidence that the weight loss genuinely becomes an added benefit.
